  10. SMARTSOFT ANNOUNCES THE OPENING OF A NEW OFFICE IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.

  12. CEDARBURG, Wisconsin, December 1, 1994 -- SmartSoft, Inc. is opening a new
  13. software development office in the Dominican Republic.  "Our Caribbean
  14. office will add several new NEXTSTEP programmers to our development team
  15. and will open Latin American markets to us.", said James Pape, company Vice
  16. President. "The move will effectively reduce our engineering costs without
  17. compromising software quality. This translates into savings for our
  18. customers who will be able to retain our services for a fraction of our
  19. current fees. The move also makes us more accessible to our current Latin
  20. American customers" Added Pape.

  23. time we will post new phone and fax numbers to our sales and technical
